A free training module for high-risk student athletes

Student athletes face significantly higher gambling risks than their peers. Providing age-appropriate education is an important step toward harm prevention. Equipping coaches and educators with the right tools can result in meaningful impact.

RGC has developed a free, evidence-informed resource to help facilitators deliver an accurate and engaging 30-minute (approx.) session. The training module, with accompanying facilitator guide, equips educators and coaches with insights and practical tools to address gambling risks and healthy decision-making with youth and student athletes. By focusing on increasing knowledge and awareness, this resource tackles an important issue of concern, empowering participants to make informed choices, fostering health and well-being.
